Aloy Oti Idam (B. Pharm, MPS, FAPU)
A pharmacist by education with over 30 years post-qualification experience, Aloy Oti Idam is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Damotics Drugs Limited (“DDL”). DDL is a wholly indigenous Nigerian company incorporated in 1987 and licensed by the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria. DDL specializes in the sourcing, procurement, processing and supply of pharmaceutical, industrial and agricultural raw materials.
Since 2005, Aloy has worked as a consultant with the WHO and UNICEF on Community Integrated Management of Childhood Illnesses (CIMCI), a programme targeted at maternal, newborn and child healthcare. He also consulted for the Federal Ministry of Health on guidelines for Integrated Community Case Management (ICCM), a strategy to deliver life-saving preventive and curative interventions for common childhood illness, especially where access to facility-based services is low.
An avid researcher into the medicinal value of plants/herbs, Aloy has developed several extemporaneous preparations for the treatment of various health conditions, including BPH (Benign Prostate Hyperplasia) also known as Prostate Enlargement. He currently has a patent filed for Damotride Prostate Tea, used for its treatment and regulation.
Eager to share of his wealth of knowledge, Aloy is a Health Care Management lecturer at UNILAG Consult, The University of Lagos Consultancy Services, as well as a regular guest lecturer on Health Writing/Reporting to the postgraduate class of Nigerian Institute of Journalism. He has authored numerous health publications including the bestselling book, “Open Secrets to Good Health & Longevity.”
Aloy is the president of Total Mother and Child Health (TOMCHI), a Nigerian-based NGO concerned with the total health of mothers, newborns, and children. He maintains a collaborative relationship with American-based NGO, Russels International. For 5 years, (between 2008- 2012), Aloy singlehandedly carried out free medical outreaches in his hometown, Afikpo, in Ebonyi State. Post-2012, he coordinates bi-annual outreaches in Afikpo, wider in scale and scope, with the Lagos chapter of Afikpo Town Union. In 2016, in recognition of his service and contributions in this area, Aloy was given the title, OZONDU 1 of Afikpo Autonomous Community, meaning “Life Giver”.

Ogbonne Idam
After 35 years of meritorious service, Ogbonne N. Idam (Mrs.) retired from civil service to focus on other interests. She was assigned to the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) in 1982 for the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Thereafter, she was retained by WAEC until her retirement in 2018 and served in various capacities across many departments including Exam Administration, Security Printing, and Private Candidates Examinations.
Ogbonne carried out her duties diligently and received a number of awards and commendations, including a notable commendation for being a firm voice against exam malpractice. Mrs. Idam sits on the board of Damotics Drugs Limited (“DDL”), and is directly responsible for its drinking water subsidiary, Akord Potable Water. DDL is a wholly indigenous Nigerian company incorporated in 1987, which specializes in the sourcing, procurement, processing, and supply of pharmaceutical, industrial, and agricultural raw materials.
Ogbonne is passionate about correcting injustice and thus serves in the prison ministry at her church, The Redeemed Evangelical Mission. The group engages in regular visitations to prisons across the country, providing counsel, food and other essentials, and medical and legal aid. She is happily married with three children, and in her spare time likes to read, garden, and travel the world.

Chukwuemeka K. Idam
Chukwuemeka Kelvin Idam is a consummate professional with close to a decade’s worth of experience across the upstream Oil & Gas sector with emphasis on Finance, Methods and Reporting and more recently Corporate Social Responsibility.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the prestigious University of Lagos. He also holds a Diploma in Information Systems Management and is a certified Project Management Professional.
He worked closely with government agencies (Local, State and Federal), NGO’s, Project Managers and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of all planned nation-wide social interventions which include but are not limited to the rehabilitation and re-integration of internally displaced persons, environmental remediation, access to clean water, access to clean energy, economic empowerment, women and youth development and so on.
Intentional about value creation, Chukwuemeka combines this role with the demands of entrepreneurship. He is the Executive Director, Business Development and Partnership at Damotics Drugs Limited.
In his position as Executive Director, he oversees core business development functions as well as export operations. He leverages on his corporate skills and exposure to optimize processes, maximize sales and project performance as well as mobilise the team to achieve revenue generation targets.
Chukwuemeka also champions a social project called “ORMK”. “Only Real Men Know” (aka ORMK) was birthed in February 2011, as an informal, socio-economic non-profit group, targeted at harnessing and encouraging economic responsibility and stability for young men.

Ogonnia Idam
Ogonnia is a dynamic lawyer with in-depth experience in business development, with emphasis on civil, criminal, commercial, public, and administrative law. She has supported several businesses in complying with regulatory requirements, as well as adapting their business practices to comply with new or emerging policies and regulations. Ogonnia has a keen interest in growing new businesses, providing legal and general corporate services support to drive workplace productivity, compliance, and efficient resource management as has been doing so for more than 5 years.

Dania Nwizu
Dania Nwizu is a creative entrepreneur with interests in storytelling, interior design and food styling.Prior to starting her business, Glasslipper Collective, she worked with Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC in various capacities, including Design Thinker/Change Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Group Chairman and Chief Executives.Under Glasslipper Collective, she operates Glasslipper Homebakes, a successful baking outfit that specialises in gourmet baking; and Glasslipper Spaces an interior and exterior design space styling outfit.She is the creator and producer of popular lifestyle web series, Chronicles of Dania, currently in the pre-production stages of its second season.Dania is also an experienced writer. Known for her intellectual rigour and scintillating wit, her articles and stories have been published across various platforms around the world.
